The Minister of Transport resolution has issued a Ministerial resolution No. (10) of 2011 on the bylaw of fees and wages Tariff for services and facilities in the Yemen Gulf of Aden Port Corporation .

Subject: Exemption of passenger vessels and yachts of all fees
We wish you all success in your missions.. and would like to inform you that a letter from His Excellency the Minister of Transport, addressed to the Executive Chairmen of Yemeni Ports Corporations Reference: MOT/ 38/3515/2010 dated: 27/12/2010, refers to supporting and promoting tourism in the Republic of Yemen. This is particularly important with regard to passenger vessels and yachts calling the Port of Aden. It has therefore been decided to exempt passenger ships and yachts from all charges for services provided in the Port.
