Clarification

April 11, 2016

An official source at Gulf of Aden Ports Corporation denied the news that talked about the rise of sea level higher than the level of ACT berth surface and container storage area.

The source assured that the simple rise that occurred during the past hours did not affect any of the regular activities at the Port or the container storage areas.

The source explained that has been circulated about that rise in some newspapers happened at the Customs sites which are below the berth level and far from the container terminal berths with a distance of not less than 7 Km.

So the clarification was necessary for all agents of shipping lines, Port customers and all those who saw this news item from public followers.
