Mion and Hatib Tugs are back into Service

December 26, 2016

Mion and Hatib tugs have entered the service after the maintenance and restoration process that was carried out for them recently. They were involved in berthing the Singaporean NBA L. Line container ship (KOTA NALURI) with a length of 180 meters, a maximum load of 26,000 tons and 11 meters draft.

The berthing process was done quickly and with high efficiency.

Entering the two tugs into service would raise the efficiency of pilotage services at the Port.

The leadership of the Port has expressed its thanks and appreciation to all the technical staff at the Port, which have contributed significantly to the maintenance and restoration process for the two tugs.
