Regular meeting No. (1) for 2013 of YGAPC Board of Directors

Yemen Gulf of Aden Ports Corporation Board of Directors has held a meeting Saturday morning, June 29, 2013 headed by the Board Chairman Capt. / Sami Saeed Farea, the Executive Chairman of YGAPC.

The meeting has reviewed and approved a number of issues related to the port activity which was included in the agenda of the meeting of the board, including:

- Report on the final accounts for the year 2012.

- Draft of the procedural regulation of the medical care for workers and staff of the Corp..

- Report on Corporation assets, funds evaluation and the inventory report for Ma’alla and Aden Container Terminals.

-Report on functional settlements for workers and staff of the Corp..

- Council of Ministers' Resolution No. (92) for 2013 on lands belonging to the Corp..

-Scraping report of (Al-Mahra) tug from the assets records.

General Managers of planning, marketing and Information (Ahmed Muthanna Ahmed Al-Ammari), Financial Affairs (Zahra Ahmed Moh'd), Marine Operations – Harbour Master (Captain / Shakeeb Moh'd Abdul Wahed) and the Technical Affairs (Eng. Muh'd bin Muh'd Shaif) have participated in the meeting as advisors for the Executive Chairman on behalf of the Corp..
