The Committee for Settlement of Commercial Disputes at the Port of Aden has succeeded in continuing its meetings to contain the commercial issues and achieved a lot of sucsess
in resolving commercial disputes in complaints pending sponsored and supported by the leadership of the Corporation represented by its Executive Chairman Mr. Mohamed Alawi Amzrabeh through follow up and continuous support for the work of the Committee, which has a positive implications for creating a healthy and appropriate working environment within the Port of Aden.
The Committee chaired by Mr. Mohamed Abdulmajid Hariri met with the disputes concerned parties to find a final settlement in the commercial cases submitted to it in a friendly atmosphere that preserves the interests of both parties.
