The Minister of Transport has issued the Ministerial resolution No. (10) for 2011 on the bylaw of fees and charges Tariff for services and facilities in the Yemen Gulf of Aden Port Corporation .
This resolution included in the first chapter the nomination, definitions and objectives. The second chapter contained fees and wages collected from the ship, which include wages of the navigational aids, port fees and charges of the following : pilotage, towing and stevedoring, unloading and shipment of ships, Handling cargo and passengers, and services for ships and departure. The third chapter contained a number of fees and wages on goods, handling cargo on the berths, store of goods and other goods services. The fourth chapter included a number of fees and wages represented by the equipment and machinery as well as wages of maritime units and various services. The fifth chapter included the license fees, permits, financial fines for violations. The sixth chapter contained the closing plenary that includes the beginning of the implementation of this bylaw as of 1/3/2011.
