Resolution No. 34 of the Minister of Transport concerns the effective date of Resolution No. 10 setting the revised port tariff for services and facilities in the Yemen Gulf of Aden Ports Corporation.

Under Resolution No. 34, the effective date of entry into force of the provisions covering the regulations, fees and charges for services and facilities provided by YGAPC will enter into force on 01 June 2011 instead of the 01 March 2011 that had previously been set for the entry into force of the revised tariff. .
