A ministerial committee to address the disputes between Aden Free Zone and YGAPC (Port of Aden)

The Ministerial Committee for addressing aspects of dispute between the Free Zone Authority and Yemen Gulf of Aden Ports Corporation held its meeting on Tuesday the 4th of June 2013 in Aden headed by Mr. / Ahmad Al-Mahrooq

- Deputy Minister of Legal Affairs in the presence of the Executive Chairman of YGAPC Captain / Sami Saeed Farea. The Committee discussed the implementation mechanism of the Council of Ministers resolution No. 92 of 2013 on dealing with the disputes between the two entities and identify the tasks and authorities of each on land and areas in coordination with the leadership of the governorate and all the relevant authorities.

At the meeting, the Chairman of the ministerial Committee explained that the Committee will submit to the Cabinet after communication with all the relevant authorities in the governorate the level of implementation of the decisions related to addressing any difficulties or obstacles that may encounter the work of the Committee ... Noting that the Committee will meet during the next couple of days with the relevant authorities in order to get a comprehensive vision that enable them to raise their report to the Council of Ministers.
