On Monday, November 2, 2026, Presidential Decree No. (76) of 2026 was issued. The first article of the decree stipulates the appointment of Mr. Saber Abdo Mohammed Al-Sunaidi as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Chairman of Yemen Gulf of Aden Ports Corporation. The second article states that the decree shall take effect from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
