The Executive Chairman of YGAPC Mr. / Mohammed Alawi Omzarbah, held a meeting on Thursday15 February 2017, at the head quarters of the Corporation in the presence of the Acting General Manager of Pavements and Squares Dept.
, representatives of shipping companies operating in the port,customs,quality and standards authorities, as well as the chairman of Chamber of Commerce and Aden Container Terminal General Manager.
They discussed the present problems and issues facing those parties at the port and ways to solve them as soon as possible.
The Executive Chairman of the Corporation noted the importance of restarting Ma'alla Container Terminal and discussed a number of proposals for attracting shipping lines to use the terminal.
At the end of the meeting, the Executive Chairman thanked the attendants for their participation in the meeting and urged them to keep in touch, assist and continue doing business in the right way.
