Under the continuous supervision of the Corporation’s leadership, represented by the Executive Chairman of YGAPC Dr. Mohammed Alawi Amzarbah, and his deputy Eng. Abdulrab Al-Khulaqi, and the specialized technical team, the tugboat “Wadi Hassan” arrived today, Monday, October 20, 2025, after completing maintenance and repair works in the Republic of Djibouti.
The tugboat will carry out operations of berthing and unberthing large vessels, as it is equipped with advanced maneuvering capabilities that allow it to operate efficiently in all directions.
With “Wadi Hassan” returning to service, the port’s operational capacity and service performance will be significantly enhanced, working alongside other marine units affiliated with the institution.
It is noteworthy that the Corporation’s leadership has been consistently comitted to elevate the level of maritime operations, placing great emphasis on the development and modernization of its marine and land equipment to ensure improved productivity and higher operational efficiency.
