Dr. Mohammed Alawi Amzarbah, The Executive Chairman of YGAPC, conducted an inspection visit to the General Department of Technical and Engineering Affairs in "Marbat" at Tawahi. The visit aimed to closely examine the construction progress of the new marine maintenance workshop, a key strategic project recently launched by the corporation.
This visit is part of the Chairman's regular program to monitor field performance across various facilities and assess the progress of infrastructure development. The tour also aimed to inform decisions that will enhance technical performance and improve the corporation's services, aligning with management's aspirations to modernize port facilities.
During the tour, Dr. Amzrabah commended the efforts of the engineering and technical teams overseeing the project, expressing the corporation's strong commitment to the successful completion of this vital undertaking. He affirmed that the Corporation stands firmly behind the implementation of this project, which will contribute to enhancing the efficiency of marine maintenance, and commended the staff and follow-up team in the Technical Department for their continued dedication.
The Corporation's Chairman was accompanied on his visit by Mr. Nasser Mohammed Taleb, Director General of the Technical Department; Eng. Waddah Al-Yaman Al-Hariri, Director General of Engineering Projects; Eng. Mohammed Saleh, Deputy Director General of the Technical Department; and a number of the Corporation's engineers and staff members specializing in monitoring the progress of fieldwork.
