Aden Container Terminal outstanding and high productivity performance was met with high appreciation and satisfaction by shipping lines dealing with the Terminal. Steady improvement in the performance of services at ACT, particularly container handling hourly rate had a deep impact on shipping lines.
The Singaporean line (PIL) and the Swiss line (MSC), which are considered within the most important customers of the Terminal, expressed their satisfaction of the raise of productivity level and services provided for their vessels.
